Bekhbaatar Enkhtur (Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, 1994) studied sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. He has been an artist in residence at KORA - Contemporary Arts Center (Castrignano De’ greci - LE), MAMbo - Museo d’Arte Moderna di Bologna (Bologna), Manifattura Tabacchi (Florence), Fondazione Lanfranco Baldi (Pelago - FI), Dolomiti Contemporanee (Borca di Cadore - BL), and The Ekard Residency (The Netherlands). He has exhibited in galleries, non-profit spaces, and institutions. He is the winner of the 2023 illy Present Future Prize and the recipient of the 2024 Future Generation Art Prize Special Award. He is represented by Matèria and Pedro Cera. He currently lives and works in Turin.
